Great location, very clean hotel overall. Only issue was that I had to contact the front desk multiple times as they were unable to follow through on their privilege membership features. Asked for late check out, however I found out it wasn't applied when trying to make local calls around 3 pm. Called front desk and they reopened the calling and confirmed late check out at 6. However, when going swimming, I couldn't get into the pool area or back into my hotel room because the cards were deactivated; and the failed to inform us that they need to be reactivated. This is an awesome hotel, great location close to everything with a streetcar at your door. The decor is a little dated, but still a funky, fun place to stay.

Was fairly quiet for being downtown. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The view from the lounge was awesome.
